Homemade Pizza!

Hey gorgeous people!

It's Marvelous May!  Hope you're having a wonderful earthy time wherever you are.  Without further ado, let's just dive in!  

We made Pizza about a few weeks ago, all from scratch and we are so proud!  I had never ever done it before but using an old bag of pizza dough powder from Bob's Red Mill (a couple of months after the expiration date!) and with a help from my one and only Chef Magistrado, I was able to finish the whole process of making and eating it!!!

Quaritine time is the best time!  This is the custom-made, veggie abundant Pizza of our own.  As you can see in the picture, we put plenty of vegetables with a special Magistrado-Marinara sauce.  The amazing part of making your own is that you get to add anything you want!  We just threw all that we saw in the fridge from the Yellow bell peppers to Zucchini to Kale to Garlic.  What a mixture of the whole shebang!  I wasn't sure of the taste of it at the beginning but holly molly, it was heavenly!

It's time to get personal!  I went all out for rolling dough.  I was careless about how the crust would look like.  All you need is the good old crust and your creativity.  This is my expression, this is my art.  I have no worries cooked in here, it's all good in our neighborhood!

And we gotta talk about Cheese!  Ooooo!  I loooooove cheese!  What kind did we put, you wonder?  We put all that Gouda and Parmesan Cheese!  Awwww, it's a killer!  I'm melting in it, I just can't resist.  

What I learned about food is that with joy, excitement, creativity and all that love, you'll create an awesome, phenomenal, super-duper creation of yours!  Not only did I enjoy the process of makings, but I also enjoyed the eating part!  Or I mighty have to say that as a result, the eating part turned out to be oh so fantabulous!!!  This whole thing fulfilled my needs of creating anew as well as tasting something delicious!  I'm so grateful for the Shelter in place that Covid forced us to go under.  Without that, I would never have found the time to do this!  Thank you, thank you, thank you!  I'm so thankful that I'm in this time and space right now.
